International Account Manager Eastern Europe (from Baltics to Balkan)

As an International Accountmanager, you will report to the Team Lead Sales. Your main focus will be identifying growth opportunities, strengthening relationships with key clients, and driving sales in the food and beverage market.
You will build and maintain our relationships with (key) accounts, realizing growth. You’ll investigate your markets and identify growth areas, actively calling on new customers and existing ones.
You manage the sales budget for your customers, create account plans and take care that forecasting is up to date to enable our factories to run their operations efficiently.
You will negotiate prices, payment terms, contracts and other sales conditions.
You work closely together with our product development team to initiate and coordinate test phases and application research and write content for new applications.
Analyse customer needs and trends, providing insights to align SVZ’s offerings with future market demands.

What Makes You a Great Fit?
You are proactive and entrepreneurial – You take initiative, identify opportunities, and drive results.
You have a relevant degree – A Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Food Science, Agriculture, or a related field.
You have international business experience – Some experience in a commercial, sales, or account management role, ideally in B2B.
You are customer-focused – You understand client needs and prioritize their success.
You have a strong commercial track record – Proven ability to drive sales, negotiate deals, and analyze market opportunities.
You are multilingual – Fluent in Dutch and English; additional languages (especially from Eastern Europe) are a plus.
You are flexible and open to travel – You can organize your schedule to accommodate business trips.
You have regional affinity – Experience or cultural understanding of the region is a major advantage.
